The Tube Council celebrated its 2017 Tube of the Year Award winners during a cocktail reception and dinner at the Renaissance Hotel in Los Angeles on February 6th. The event was timed to coincide with the MakeUp in LosAngeles and Luxe Pack Los Angeles shows.

Twenty-two of the organization’s member companies attended, including nine tube manufacturers and thirteen associate members from the supplier and services sectors. The celebration included a meeting about the organization’s new initiatives.

During the meeting, several of the Tube Council’s associate members, including executives from Anisa, Avery Dennison, Sibo Group and Silgan Dispensing, presented updates about new products. In addition, guest speaker Molly Garris, sr. manager, digital strategy, U.S.  Beauty, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., presented, “Show Me Your Shelfie,” which highlighted Millennial trends in the skincare category.
